The Griphook offers an adjustable cant option with a 15mm/0.6in hole spacing. It is compatible with the popular ModWing, as well as with similar products out in the market. The Griphook features a reinforced top curve for rigidity and a wide, aggressive hook portion for firm retention on the belt. The Griphook is proudly manufactured in the USA.

WARRANTY

GHC Holsters provides a LifeTime Warranty for all Holsters and  Mag Carriers. If your holster or mag carrier at any time cracks or breaks, cease use immediately and contact us. We will fix or replace the gear in question. We reserve the right to replace your damaged product with a similar or updated product if the original product has been changed or discontinued. Product Warranty is immediately voided if the product is found damaged or misused - no compensation is available in such cases. The LifeTime Warranty does not cover belt clips, soft loops, OWB loops or lost hardware. In order to complete the warranty, the item must be shipped back to us: see our Returns Policy. Shipping cost is not covered by GHC Holsters and is the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING

Orders placed before 12:00PM CST on a weekday will ship the same day. Orders submitted after 12:00PM CST on a weekday will ship the following business day. We do not ship on weekends... so all weekend orders will ship out the following business day. For holidays, please add 5-7 business days for processing.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Buy with confidence - GHC Holsters offers a 30-day money back guarantee! If you are not happy with your purchase, simply log into your account and submit a request to return the item. A full refund or store credit will be processed (minus shipping) once item has been received. Holster and/or mag carrier must be in new condition. Any damaged product will be rejected and nonrefundable.

Be sure to use a tracked and insured shipping method as we will NOT refund returns that get lost via the carrier. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. (GHC Holsters will cover shipping cost for incorrect items shipped or defective products received.)

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of GHC Holsters receiving the items, however, in many cases you will receive a refund within 5-7 business days. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


EXCHANGES

We are unable to offer an exchange service at this time. Should you require to exchange an item, simply return the original item for a refund by following the instructions below. You may purchase the replacement at your convenience, before or after you receive your refund.


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Log into your GHC Holsters account - select Orders and then the order you want to return. Once the order is chosen, select Request Return. Select the Product and Quantity to return with a Return Reason. Please include any comments, questions or issues in the notes section of the return.

Once we authorize your return request you will receive a confirmation email with the return instructions and RMA number. Be sure to include a copy of the confirmation email and write your RMA# on the package before shipping. Failure to do so may result in a delay in processing or loss in refund.
